Our Story

Property Pros is a proudly Canadian, locally owned and operated outdoor maintenance company based in Vaughan, Ontario. We serve a wide range of clients across the GTA, including residential, estate, commercial, industrial, and municipal properties.

Our story began with humble beginnings and a deep passion for service. Our founder, who started in the industry at just 10 years old, spent his early years gaining hands-on experience, working on every type of property, and learning directly from clients about their needs and frustrations. Alongside our current 2025 operations managers, he dedicated countless hours to refining our services and building a company focused on quality, care, and innovation.

With nothing more than a Toyota RAV4, a small trailer, some lawn equipment, heart & dedication, our young founder launched Property Pros—driven by a desire to add real value, serve people, and do what he loves. Over time, working for himself & a large commercial & municipal company, he saw a consistent pattern: clients were unhappy. They felt unheard and underserved. That feedback became the motivation to create something better & help these clients. To this day, we hear it every single day & continue to grow the company & take on more clients that are tired of poor service, and give them the service they want.

Today, Property Pros is one of the GTA’s leading outdoor maintenance service providers, proudly maintaining over 1,000 properties year-round with the support of dedicated crews, in-house mechanics, office staff, and experienced managers. We combine high-quality service with competitive pricing and a personalized approach that puts people first.
