Part #1: You Reach Out for a Quote
This is just the start of the professional, easy, and seamless experience you'll have using Snow Pros.
Request a quote by clicking on a “Get a Quote” button a on the website, fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page, or email, text, or call us.
We can get an accurate quote with our best price upfront for 99% of properties online, so there is no need for us to visit your property. However, if you own several properties or have a large property, we can arrange an on-site meeting with one of our operations managers upon request.
To save us both time, we will then send you a short and easy-to-read contract, with the pricing at the top to review, followed by payment options and finally the terms and conditions. You can approve and sign on any device.
Promptly after, you'll get a call from us to go over the pricing and contract. Feel free to call us while you have it open if we haven’t called yet.
Part #2: You Sign Up and We Set Up Your Account
After that, you'll approve your contract, receive invoicing, and once we receive payment, we will add you to the schedule.
With our flexible payment options, you can pre-pay and save, or pay in two or monthly instalments using any method of payment.
Part #3: Before the First Snowfall
Before the first snowfall, our teams will have already visited all of their assigned properties to see what they look like before the snow flies. We've completed thorough inspections of all trucks and equipment to ensure everything is in perfect working condition, and we've conducted detailed training and meetings with all team members.
Part #4: The First Snowfall
Our teams are required to show up 1–2 hours before we are expected to trigger service to ensure the fastest response time and on-time arrival at every property.
Following our on-time arrival, the highly trained, uniformed team assigned to take care of your property this season will complete the work as contracted.
We assign one team to a small area, so it’s usually the same team servicing your property. We also have specialized teams dedicated to either residential, residential estate, commercial, or municipal services.
This means you can count on the most experienced team for your specific property type.
During the snowfall, our operations managers monitor our automated software to ensure all teams stay on schedule, while also reviewing quality-check photos being submitted.
Not only does our system require teams to be physically at the property—verified by GPS integration—but crews also upload photos during every visit. Each photo includes an automatic time and date stamp from our app. Additionally, our operations managers spend time during and after snowfalls inspecting properties in person to ensure our crews are maintaining quality and fulfilling our mission statement and promises in your contract.
Part #5: Ongoing Service, Storm After Storm
We continue to deliver reliable, high-quality, automated service and excellent customer support—storm after storm, and year after year.
We monitor the weather multiple times per day using the most advanced tracking systems and keep you informed with timely storm updates.
All winter long, we maintain the same high level of service, providing top-tier value throughout the entire season. Once the season comes to an end, you’ll receive auto-renewal reminders leading up to September 1st. At that point, your contract will automatically renew for the upcoming winter, ensuring your property remains covered without interruption.
And of course, if you ever need assistance, our friendly office support team and your designated representative—who manages both your account and the team assigned to your area—are always ready to help.
