How It Works & What To Expect

Part #1: You Reach Out for a Quote

This is just the start of the professional, easy, and seamless experience you'll have using Grounds Pros.

Request a quote by clicking “Get a Quote” anywhere on the website, email, text, or call us.

We can get an accurate quote with our best price upfront for 99% of properties online, so there is no need for us to visit your property. But if you own several properties or have a large property, we can arrange an on-site meeting

with one of our operations managers upon request.

To save us both time, we will then send you a short and easy-to-read contract, with the pricing at the top to review, followed by payment options and finally the terms and conditions. You can approve and sign on any device.

Promptly after, you'll get a call from us to go over the pricing and contract. Feel free to call us while you have it open if we haven't called yet.

Part #2: You Sign Up and We Set Up Your Account​​​

After that, you'll approve your contract, receive invoicing, and if we’re within the season, we will schedule to start the work at your property—usually within a day or two, but within a maximum of 5 business days.

With our flexible payment options, you can pre-pay and save, or pay in two or monthly instalments using any method of payment.

Part #4 - We Continue The Work And Provide You Quality And Reliable, Automated Service And Excellent Customer Service For Years To Come

Lastly, we will continue the excellent service and provide you with that top-tier value all season long, as promised on the “Why Grounds Pros” page. Once the season comes to an end, you will receive auto-renewal reminders until February 15th, when the contract auto-renews for the upcoming summer and we are set to maintain your property for another season.

Of course, if you need, you always have a friendly office support team or a designated rep who manages your account and the team in the area you are in—ready to assist!

Part #3: We Begin The Work

Following our arrival, the highly trained, uniformed team assigned to take care of your property this season will complete the work as contracted. For weekly or bi-weekly maintenance services, it will usually be on the same day of the week.

We assign one team to a small area, so it is usually the same team at your property. We also have specialized garden crews, irrigation, lawn maintenance, and more—in addition to having different teams for residential, estates, commercial, and municipal properties—so you can count on the best and most experienced team for each of your services and property type.

Not only does our system only allow our teams to complete properties if they are at the property with our GPS integration, but our crew will also upload photos into our system every visit, with a time, date, and timestamp on every picture auto-populated from our app. Plus, our operations managers spend their days in-person quality checking properties and making sure our crews are keeping our properties looking pristine and following through on our mission statement and promises in our contract.
